1. Email, fax or mail the order with service code number.
2. Provide  required information.

1. $15.00  for any services that need to be done within 3 business days after the order is placed.
   

Document Requirement

1. The document needed to be translated.
   
2. Chinese Characters of your Child's Chinese name. You will find it in your CCAA acceptance letter or your pre-approval letters.
   
3. Chinese characters of the orphanage's name, address if possible.
   
4. If the recipient is an individual or foster family, and you have their phone number, please send it so we may confirm the package arrival. If you do not have it, we can verify the arrival through the carrier.
   
5. Photos, please email to me or send by mail. It will take less time if the photos are emailed.
   
6. Your mailing address. If you expect a reply to your letter.
